True Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is from Modena, Italy. It is adaptation of traditional balsamic which is aged in cherrywood barrels. This tantalizing vinegar is wonderful drizzled over vegetables, salads, tomatoes and strawberries. Use with chicken and duck or as a great addition to most basting recipes. The unmistakable flavor and aroma of Bordeaux cherries combined with a thick and dense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena forms an intensely flavored condiment sure to excite the senses and please the palate. The rich cherry flavor is accented with notes of burgundy wine and cherry wood to produce a low acid, cordial type profile that will excel at flavoring meats, cheeses and salads. Fantastic if reduced to a sauce or glaze. Amazing on ice cream and brownies.
